WHAT WE DO
Care when it matters.
01
Early assistance
When alerted to eligible emergency calls, responders provide early support while an ambulance is on its way.
02
Trained response
Training includes basic life support and the use of an automated external defibrillator.
03
Reassurance
A calm presence offers comfort to patients and their families during a difficult moment.
ROOTED IN MOYLE
Neighbours helping neighbours.
Our responders live in the community they serve. That local connection is at the heart of our work.
We work alongside the ambulance service. Emergency calls and responder alerts are handled through NIAS.
In an emergency, call 999.
Ask for an ambulance and follow the call handler’s instructions. Do not contact the group or use social media to request emergency help.
BE PART OF IT

YOUR QUESTIONS
Good to know.
How do I request emergency medical help?
Call 999 and ask for an ambulance. Follow the call handler’s instructions. Do not request an emergency response through this website or Facebook.
Can I join as a volunteer?
Contact the team to ask about current opportunities, eligibility, training and availability. The Volunteer page explains how to start that conversation.
How can a local business help?
Get in touch to discuss sponsorship, a fundraising partnership or practical support. The team can advise on its current needs.
Your community. Your contribution.
Volunteer your time, organise a fundraiser or help us spread the word.
